Over the last 20 years I have been visiting the beautiful Lakes of Italy and my especial favourite Lake Garda.

Having stayed in a couple of locations, I now continue to head back to the same resort and the same hotel where I am made to feel like an old friend and treated so well.

These photos are from 2016, my lovely room, view and welcome. The botanical gardens are a short walk up the hill in Gardone Sopra and worth a visit every year and the chuch and view from Gardone Sopra

These photos were taken in 2014 when Adam and Eleanor joined me. The little church where I lit a candle was in memory of my friend Nick and is in the very pretty resort of Lazise. The big hotel on the side of the lake is where I stay, the wonderful Grand Hotel in Gardone.
